Installing mods manually is as simple as extracting them and dropping them into the mods folder in \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Blade Sorcery\BladeAndSorcery_Data\StreamingAssets\Mods. Vortex hasn't worked well with blade and sorcery for a while and has only gotten worse after the update.
